Business-Lounge
Our life is hectic and fast-paced. Travelling or going to business trip, we deal with lots of people and learn many interesting and useful things. But sometimes during our trip we need to work with documents, to reply on email, to conduct negotiations or to think and relax in quite atmosphere. That’s why every passenger waiting for a flight has an opportunity to make use of Business-lounges of National airport Minsk.
Stay in Business-lounge is available for:
- priority-class passengers of airlines (after check-in procedures passengers get invitations to Business-lounge);
- all passengers, who would like to take an advantage of Business-lounge (payment is accepted by administrator in a bar of Business-lounge).
Business-lounges are located on the 4th floor of departure zone (both in international and union sectors).
Stay in Business-lounge is not more than 3 (three) hours. Each extra hour is paid according to the current tariff.
Business-lounge in international sector
Payment for services is made in Belarusian rubles (BYN) according to the rate of National Bank on a date of services provision.
The order of application of tariffs for the use of the business lounge:
1. The fee is determined based on the number of departing passengers and the current rate in the following order:
- per adult passenger (12 years and over) - according to the current rate;
- for children 2 to 12 years - at the rate determined in the amount of 50% of the tariff applicable to an adult passenger;
- for children under 2 years are free of charge.
2. When servicing the lounge for over 3 hours the fee is determined for each additional hour of service. Partial hours (less than 60 minutes) is rounded to full hours.
3. Service in the lounge passengers, cardholders loyalty programs, Priority Pass, Lounge Key and Diners Club is for 2 (two) hours. In case of exceeding the two hour limit, the passenger is issued repeatedly for 2 hours.
Guests of passengers, cardholders loyalty programs, Priority Pass, Lounge Key and Diners Club are persons under the age of 2 (two) years and older.
4. Servicing holders of Mastercard premium cards (World Elite Mastercard®, World Mastercard Black Edition®) issued on the territory of the Republic of Belarus for 3 (three) hours (holders of cards of other categories are not served in the business hall). In case of exceeding the three-hour limit, the passenger is checked out again.
The World Elite Mastercard® and World Mastercard Black Edition® cardholders can take their 1 adult guest and 2 children under 12 years old to the business hall free of charge. Children under 2 years of age are free with no limit on the number. The name of the holder on the credit card must match the name on the boarding pass.
Registration of Mastercard premium cards holders is carried out through credit card in self-registration terminal that is located next to the business lounge reception. More detailed conditions for servicing Mastercard premium card holders in the business lounge of Minsk National Airport should be clarified with the card issuing bank.
Notes:
1. VAT is applied to the above mentioned rates according to current tax legislation.
2. If you pay for services of Business-lounges, so your payment (Belarussian rubles) is based on tariff amount (in USD) set by official exchanging rates and fixed by National Bank of the Republic on a date of service. Payment is carried out by cash (in Belarusian rubles - BYN), noncash settlement and cards (Visa, Mastercard, Belcard). Payment for services is made in Belarusian rubles (BYN) according to the rate of National Bank on a date of services provision.
Services-list of Business-lounge:
- buffet service: hot and cold meal, snacks, fruits, pastries, cold and hot drinks, alcoholic beverages produced in the Republic of Belarus in accordance with the approved menu;
- TV and media services;
- information support;
- telephone communication services (Minsk);
- smoking rooms;
- photocopy and fax;
- free WiFi;
- recreation area;
- shower room.
Extra charge for:
- alcoholic drinks of foreign origin;
- souvenirs;
- cabin for sleep (in international sector) according to current tariff (24/7).
Business-lounge in union sector
Payment for services is made in Belarusian rubles (BYN) according to the rate of National Bank on a date of services provision.
The order of application of tariffs for the use of the business lounge:
