Animals and Plants Transportation Rules
If you need to transport an animal or plant, you should tell about this when buying a ticket. For registration of an animal or plant for transportation, it is necessary to pass veterinary or phytosanitary control before registration for the flight (2nd floor, sector 5-6).

Transportation of animals and birds by air is carried out by prior agreement with the airline whose flight you intend to travel. And also with the permission of the countries of arrival or transit for international flights.
Upon arrival at the National Airport Minsk, before check-in for the flight, the passenger with the animal should contact the airport veterinarian and submit a document to them.

ATTENTION to individuals crossing the customs border of the Eurasian Economic Union
In accordance with the Resolution of the Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission dated November 30, 2016 № 157 of the unified quarantine phytosanitary requirements for quarantine products and quarantine objects at the customs border and on the customs territory of the Eurasian Economic Union, the import of each quarantine production lot into the customs territory of the Eurasian Economic Union of high phytosanitary risk is accompanied by a phytosanitary certificate issued by an quarantine of plants authority of the exporting country and (or) the country of re-exporter.
The import into the customs territory of the Eurasian Economic Union (hereinafter, the Union) of regulated products of high phytosanitary risk with a total weight of not more than 5 kilograms excluding seed and planting material (including seed and ware potatoes and material for breeding and research purposes), as well as 1 melon, 1 watermelon, 1 pumpkin, no more than 3 bouquets of flowers transported across the customs border of the Union in international mail, accompanied and unaccompanied baggage of passengers of ships, aircraft, passenger cars, vehicles, crew members of ships, aircraft, train crews and drivers of vehicles, one passenger is allowed without a phytosanitary certificate.
Seed and planting material (including seed and ware potatoes and material for breeding and research purposes) when imported into the customs territory of the Eurasian Economic Union and moved through the customs territory of the Eurasian Economic Union must be accompanied by a phytosanitary certificate issued by the authorized quarantine of plants authority of the exporting country and/or re-exporter country.
