Safety management

As a part of the Safety Management System (SMS) operation, safety information is collected in order to identify hazards. One of the ways to collect such information is through the voluntary safety reporting system. The primary goal of the voluntary reporting system at RUE “National Airport Minsk” is to identify potential deficiencies in ensuring flight safety.

Any employee of RUE “National Airport Minsk” as well as employees of related aviation organizations and airlines have the right to submit a voluntary safety report.

Reports can be submitted:

• In writing. Written messages can be handwritten or typed using office equipment and composed in a free format. You may also use a standard form;
• Via the Voluntary Reporting Form;

• Orally to the Head of the Quality and Safety Management Department by calling (tel. +375 17 279 21 71, +375 33 901 71 17).

The voluntary reporting system ensures strict confidentiality of the information received. Voluntary reports may include the reporter's own errors.

The information contained in voluntary reports cannot be used as a basis for disciplinary, civil, or administrative action against the reporter.
