Safety management
As a part of the flight safety management system operation, flight safety information is to be collected in order to identify hazards. One of the ways to collect such information is through the system of voluntary flight safety reports. The main purpose of RUE “National Airport Minsk” system of voluntary flight safety reports is to identify possible weaknesses in flight safety.
Any employee of RUE “National Airport Minsk” as well as employees of related aviation organizations and airlines have the right to submit a voluntary flight safety report.
Reports can be submitted in either oral or written form. Written reports can be done either by hand or using office equipment; they can be written in any form. You may use the following sample form

The system of voluntary flight safety reports ensures strict confidentiality of all the information received. The voluntary reports may also include the faults/misconduct facts of those submitting the voluntary reports.
The information contained in voluntary reports cannot be used to take measures of disciplinary, civil or administrative liability against the applicant.
