A Quality Management System (QMS) has been implemented at RUE “National airport Minsk” and is functioning successfully.
Key QMS application areas:
- aircraft takeoff and landing;
- aircraft ground handling;
- passenger services and baggage handling;
- cargo and mail handling;
- in-flight catering.
The airport’s ISO 9001:2015-certified quality management system confirms that the organization is capable of consistently providing services that meet the highest customer and regulatory requirements.
The airport’s ISO 9001 certification served as the foundation for the development and implementation of other management systems that comply with international standards:
- Environmental Management System (EMS) (ISO 14001);
- Food Safety Management System (FSMS) (ISO 22000);
- Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OH&S) (ISO 45001).
The main advantages of certified management systems are:
- increasing consumer confidence in aviation services both in the Republic of Belarus and in international markets;
