Mogilev Aerodrome
The primary focus of the airport complex is the commercial handling of transit flights and passengers, along with the provision of supplementary chargeable services, such as baggage wrapping and the allocation of parking areas for passengers’ vehicles.

In addition to its principle operational activities, the Mogilev branch offers the following ancillary services:
- Rental of premises and equipment;
- Fuel transport;
- Storage and supply of fuel and lubricants.

Mogilev Aerodrome is operated by the Republican Unitary Enterprise "National Airport Minsk". The aerodrome is assigned the international location indicators UMOO and MVQ.
MOGILEV aerodrome operates on a prior-request-only basis for aircraft acceptance. During the aerodrome’s operational hours, the following services are provided: air traffic services (ATS), aeronautical information services (AIS), meteorological services (Meteo), de-icing, ground handling, aviation security, fuel and lubricants supply, as well as customs, border control, and medical services. Ground handling services for flights are performed by the Republican Unitary Enterprise "National Airport Minsk".
A request for ground handling and fuel supply, including aircraft refueling, is to be sent to the Republican Unitary Enterprise "National Airport Minsk" via the following channels:

Request for airspace use and slot approval shall be submitted to the “Flight Coordination and Control Centre” (FCcC) of the State Enterprise "Belaeronavigatsia" using Form 2: (see AIP)

All operations at Mogilev Aerodrome are performed in accordance with ground handling contracts concluded with the Republican Unitary Enterprise "National Airport Minsk":
1. FOR THE CONDUCT OF NON‑SCHEDULED (CHARTER) FLIGHTS, THE FOLLOWING SHALL BE OBSERVED:
1.1. submit an application for ground handling and fuel services, with a list of the required services, to the Republican Unitary Enterprise "National Airport Minsk" (e‑mail: pdo_ssa@airport.by, AMHS: UMMSZTZX, tel.: +375 (17) 279 11 33).
1.2. obtain clearance via the "Flight Coordination and Control Centre" (FCCC) of the Republican Unitary Enterprise for Air Navigation Services "Belaeronavigatsia", issued on the basis of a prior application (Form 2). The procedures for submitting such applications are set forth in the AIP.
1.3. enter into a ground handling contract with the Republican Unitary Enterprise "National Airport Minsk":

The templates for ad‑hoc ground handling contracts are set out below:
• 01. Ground Handling Services – Non‑Resident Air Carrier (advance payment in foreign currency)

• 03. Ground Handling Services – Non‑Resident Customer (advance payment in foreign currency)
2. FOR THE CONDUCT OF REGULAR FLIGHTS, THE FOLLOWING IS REQUIRED:
2.1. complete the accreditation process with the Department of Aviation of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus.
2.2. conclude a ground handling agreement with RUE "National Airport Minsk" (a long‑term contract — the list of required documents is available upon request — is arranged through International Business Management. 2.3. obtain approval of the flight schedule (Form 1) from the Department of Aviation of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus, via the "Flight Coordination and Control Centre" (FCCC). The procedures for submitting a Repetitive Flight Plan (RPL) are set forth in the AIP.
