Dear passengers and guests of the National Airport Minsk!

If you decide to arrive at the airport by your personal vehicle, we suggest that you do this in advance in order to find a parking space in time and recommend that you check the AIRPORT LAND SIDE MAP beforehand.

We also suggest that you check beforehand the following:

  • information on the main facilities of the airport land side;
  • regulations on the vehicle movement within the airport land side;
  • availability of the current parking spaces.

DEAR DRIVERS, PLEASE, PAY ATTENTION! 

It is FORBIDDEN to place vehicles in driveways between parking lots!

Please leave your cars without blocking those parked nearby.

For the convenience of the visitors the following parking facilities are organized at the airport terminal land side:

P1 – parking lot for 1 235 parking places:

  • per first hour – 1.50 BYN
  • per one day – 7.50 BYN
  • per one week – 35.50 BYN
  • per one month – 81.00 BYN     

P2 – parking lot for 138 places (within the controlled area of the airport land side):

  • per first hour – 2.00 BYN
  • per one day – 48.00 BYN
  • per one week – 336.00 BYN
  • per one month – 1440.00 BYN

P3 – parking lot for 1 579 places (short-term only) – temporarily closed from 12.12.2022.

  • per 4 hours – 1.00 BYN
  • per one day –  6.00 BYN
  • per one week – 42.00 BYN
  • per one month – 180.00 BYN.

Free parking – for 4 places (behind the aviation museum)

Parking spaces for vehicles used by people with disabilities

Impoundment lot – for storage of the forcibly towed (evacuated, delivered) vehicles.

Paid guarded P1 parking lot for 1 235 car parking spaces is located (on the right!!!) before the entrance to the controlled area of the airport terminal land side. This parking lot is provided for the long-term storage of the vehicles used by the visitors of the RUE "National Airport Minsk". The parking lot terms and conditions are specified in the Paid Guarded Parking Regulation for 1 235 parking spaces, approved by the RUE “National Airport Minsk”. More information on the applicable terms is provided upon request by the Administrator at the entrance of the parking lot.

At the P1 parking lot, an automated system of tracking time and movement with video surveillance is in operation. When entering the parking lot, the vehicle driver presses the button on a parkomat (automated parking system) and receives a one-time ticket with a bar-code. By receiving the ticket, the driver concludes a public custodial contract under the terms and conditions specified in the parking Regulations.

For the convenience of the customers, in the territory of this parking lot, you can use the Reservation Service of Parking Spaces.

P2 - the parking lot for 138 parking spaces is located within the controlled area of the airport terminal land side and designed for a short-term storage of vehicles. The terms and conditions of the usage of the parking lot are specified in The Regulation of the Controlled Area of the Airport Land Side, approved by the RUE “National Airport Minsk”. More information on the applicable terms is provided upon request by the Administrator of the parking lot at the entrance of the controlled area of the airport terminal land side.

ATTENTION!

A passenger pick-up/drop-off zone is located next to the P2 parking lot.

The standard rules for parking within the controlled area of the airport land side are applied parking vehicles: 10,00 BYN per hour from the moment of vehicle entry.

P3 – a paid parking lot with 1579 parking spaces is located to the left of the entrance of the controlled area of the airport land side.

Temporarily closed from 12.12.2022.

Entry to the P3 parking lot territory

When entering the parking lot territory, the vehicle driver shall press a button on the parkomat (automated parking system) to receive a one-use ticket with a bar code. By receiving the ticket, the driver concludes a public custodial contract under the terms and conditions specified in the Parking Regulation for 1 579 parking spaces, approved by the RUE “National Airport Minsk”. More information on the terms and conditions specified in the Regulation is available on the information stand at the parking lot exit point. 

Dear drivers! We would like to remind you that according to p. 139 and p. 147 of Article 19 of the Republic of Belarus Driving Regulations, all vehicles shall be parked with adherence to traffic signs and road surface marking. If they are not available, vehicles shall be parked with rational usage of parking space without them preventing access to already parked vehicles or their movement. In case of violation of the above-mentioned rules resulting in a road traffic movement hindrance, the traffic police have the right to forcibly tow (evacuate) such vehicles according to the Republic of Belarus legislation

A FREE PARKING  - for 4 places (behind the aviation museum)

All parking lots and their entrances are marked with road signs and information plates, which are placed according to the schemes of traffic movement within the airport land side, approved by the State Road Safety Unit of the Minsk City Executive Committee.

ATTENTION!

Vehicle entry to the paid parking lot territory is charged from starting from the first minute, excluding vehicles used by people with disabilities. Payment for vehicle storage shall be made in the currency of the Republic of Belarus and in the amount specified in the applicable tariffs at the time of the payment.

To ensure aviation safety within the area of the airport land side, all parking lots are the CCTV surveillance, monitoring the cases of the violation of the Republic of Belarus Driving Regulations

FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES:

Parking places, marked with the appropriate direction signs, are provided at the airport land side:

    • in the 1st row of the parking lot P1;
    • one parking space at the parking lot P2;
    • 3 (three) parking spaces in close to the Air-Terminal Complex.

From 06.01.2023 parking service payment shall not be charged for the vehicles:

  • driven by disabled persons of Disability groups I and II as well as disabled persons of Disability group III with musculoskeletal system disorders;
  • carrying disabled persons of Disability groups I and II, disabled persons of Disability group III with musculoskeletal system disorders, disabled children;

Relevant documents provision is compulsory.

Parking service payment for one parking space shall not be charged for the first 1 hour within one day (24 h) for the vehicles used by:

  • WWII participants;
  • army veterans who took part in combat in other countries

Relevant documents provision is compulsory.

IMPOUNDMENT LOT – a parking lot for the storage of forcibly towed (evacuated) vehicles is located behind the P1 parking lot territory.
