System of management's quality RUE "National Airport Minsk" corresponds to international standard ISO 9001:2000

In May 2007 the Bureau Veritas Certification group of auditors under the managment of the leading auditor A.N. Voynich the final certificate audit of the System of management's quality RUE "National Airport Minsk" in accordance with the international standard ISO 9001:2000 was provided. Region of certification: rendering of services to airlines, passengers and other clients in aviation activity, providing with safety and regular flights. Region of certification includes all the activities of the international airport:
- aircraft servicing on the ramp;
- handling of passengers and baggage on departure and arrival;
- cargo handling;
- catering services;
- radio-technical flights providing;
- electrical-lighting flights providing;
- aerodrome flights providing;
- special transport flights providing;
- search-and-rescue providing and fireproof providing;
- aviation security and regularity for flights providing.
The result of BVQI auditor's work was the introduction of the management quality system corresponding to demands of international standard ISO 9001:2000.Certification
12 July 2007 the certificate of conformity №213593 from June, 21st 2007 of the international accreditation from UKAS (Great Britain) was presented by Chief of Aerospace Department Bureau Veritas of Black Sea region A.V. Karasaev to General Manager of RUE "National Airport Minsk" D.S. Melikyan in presence of the whole stuff. This Certificate is valid till June, 06th 2007 provided the constant realization of demands of Management System.
The correspondence management quality system of RUE "National Airport Minsk" to demands of the standard ISO 9001:2000 is one of the most important matters of the enterprise's competitiveness at the international market. The certification is significant constituent of choice airport as a partner by foreign companies, for investments in it's further development and considerably improves enterprise's competitiveness at the international aviation market.
RUE "National Airport Minsk" - the first international airport of the Republic of Belarus certificated in accordance with the international standard ISO 9001:2000 fully in all directions of it's activity.
