At Minsk National Airport flights ground handling is operated by:

 

-      RUE «National Airport Minsk»;

-      RUE «National Airline «Belavia» (as related to refueling aircraft by fuels and lubricants and aircraft technical support on apron (marshalling at arrival and departure, provision of ground power unit, air start unit setting, de-icing, etc.).

 

 

In order to initiate airline service to the Republic of Belarus airline should:

 

1. FOR UNSCHEDULED FLIGHTS:

 

1.1. Send the request to RUE «National Airport Minsk» (SITA: MSQAPXH, AFTN: UMMSZTZX, АФТН: УММСЗТЗЬ).

 

1.2. Obtain a permit of Flight Coordination and Control Centre (FCCC) which is the branch of the Republican Unitary Air Navigation Services Enterprise «BELAERONAVIGATSIA» for flights operation in airspace of the Republic of Belarus and the guaranteeing of aircraft landing on the republic civil aerodromes.

 

1.3. Conclude a ground handling agreement with RUE «National Airport Minsk» (a long-term agreement (download the list of required documents) should be executed at Foreign Economic Activity Department, while one-time service ground handling agreement should be concluded at Account Bureau).

 

1.4. Conclude a paid catering services provision agreement with Catering Service of RUE «National Airport Minsk».

 

1.5. Conclude an agreement for aircraft refueling by fuels and lubricants with Fueling Service of RUE «National Airline «Belavia».

 

1.6. Conclude an agreement for aircraft technical support on apron (marshalling at arrival and departure, provision of ground power unit, air start unit setting, de-icing, etc.) with Air-Technical Base of RUE «National Airline «Belavia».

 

2. FOR REGULAR FLIGHTS LAUNCHING:

 

2.1. Obtain an accreditation in Aviation Department of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus.

 

2.2. Conclude a ground handling agreement with RUE «National Airport Minsk» (a long-term agreement (download the list of required documents) should be executed at Foreign Economic Activity Department, while one-time service ground handling agreement should be concluded at Account Bureau).

 

2.3. Conclude a paid catering services provision agreement and a paid services provision agreement for serving passengers at business-lounges with Catering Service of RUE «National Airport Minsk».

 

2.4. Conclude an agreement for aircraft refueling by fuels and lubricants with Fueling Service of RUE «National Airline «Belavia».

 

2.5. Conclude an agreement for aircraft technical support on apron (marshalling at arrival and departure, provision of ground power unit, air start unit setting, de-icing, etc.) with Air-Technical Base of RUE «National Airline «Belavia».

 

2.6. Obtain a permit of Flight Coordination and Control Centre (FCCC) which is the branch of the Republican Unitary Air Navigation Services Enterprise «BELAERONAVIGATSIA» for flights operation in airspace of the Republic of Belarus and the guaranteeing of aircraft landing on the republic civil aerodromes.
