How to make your stay at the airport more comfortable?

 

You and people accompanying you can use the services offered by the CIP-lounge (Commercial Important Person Lounge – the lounge for servicing passengers on commercial base) of Minsk National Airport regardless of your servicing class and type of flight.

 

At our comfortable lounge you can enjoy the rest reading the latest press and magazines, using access to the Internet and other communication services while the high-professional staff perform your baggage control and ticket check-in. Then you are to pass through the customs and border control. The staff will escort you to or from the board of the plane using special transport and take care of your baggage.

 

 

CIP-lounge of Minsk National Airport provides services for the passengers who have tickets for the flight on the departure day, and for the people accompanying or meeting them on presentation of the identity document. The provision of services for passengers at the CIP-lounge is performed on the basis of written application (in case of cash payment it is necessary to proceed with an application 1 day prior to the service day, in case of non-cash payment – 3 days prior).

1. VAT is levied in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.

2. Catering is not included in the tariff.

3. The non-residents of the Republic of Belarus make payment in Euro in accordance with the Resolution No 88 of 30.03.2004 of the Ministry of Economy.

 

The full list of services provided by the CIP-lounge:

- individual check-in of passengers and baggage registration;
- informing visitors about the departure/arrival time;
- meeting passengers at the steps of the aircraft/at the lounge and providing individual transport with a follower for their transportation to the lounge/to the aircraft;
- providing a waiting room with enhanced level of comfort;
- organization of the sanitary, customs and border control passing;
- providing with the inspection by aviation security department;
- baggage delivery to the lounge or to the vehicle on demand of a passenger;
- control of baggage places, baggage registration and loading on board the aircraft;
- organization of currency exchange (as appropriate);
- reservation of taxi service (on demand of a passenger);
- baggage package (on demand of a passenger);
- providing with the latest press, magazines, catalogues, etc.;
- providing with catering in accordance with the daily menu (for detached payment);
- providing with telephone and facsimile communication on the territory of the Republic of Belarus;
- providing with the Internet (by off-site organizations);
- assistance in medical insurance registration for a passenger;
- providing with necessary information (on demand of a passenger).
