Damaged baggage

 

In case you notice damage or shortage of the contents in your baggage, you need to address an employee of the airport or an airline representative not leaving baggage claim area. An employee will make a document and will explain you further course of action.

 

If you left baggage claim area, but didn’t ask an employee to make you a document, only a representative of the airline will be able to make decision whether it should be created for you.
