Instruction for transfer passengers arriving from the Russian Federation, Armenia or Kazakhstan and travelling to the Russian Federation, Armenia or Kazakhstan.

 

1. There is no passport and customs control for passengers of National Airport Minsk arriving from or departing to the Russian Federation.

 

Transfer passengers with boarding passes for the following flights to the Russian Federation and with baggage registered to the final destination point need to exit the arrival area of the Russian Federation flights (1st floor sector №5-6), and go to the departure area on the 3rd floor. Passengers need to follow signs to get to the security check points for passengers flying to the Russian Federation (sectors E/F).

 

If baggage of a transfer passenger was registered to Minsk, passenger needs to claim baggage in the baggage claim area, and register it at the check-in desk (3rd floor) to the destination airport and check-in for the flight with established procedure.

 

2. There is no customs control for passengers arriving to National Airport Minsk from airports of Armenia and Kazakhstan and traveling to Armenia and Kazakhstan. There is passport control for these passenger in the departure and arrival areas.

 

After passing passport control (arrival sector №1-2) transfer passengers with boarding passes for the following flights and with baggage registered to the final destination point need to go the departure area on the 3rd floor using elevator or escalator. Passengers need to follow signs to get to the security check point E to pass passport control and security check.

 

Citizens of the countries, who don’t need transit visa to the Republic of Belarus need to get to the service area for transfer passengers on the 2nd flood by stairs or elevator. At this point they need to pass verification of travel documents, pre-flight security check, customs control and then they need to get to the third floor to  pass passport control named “TRANSFER: Armenia, Kazakhstan, Russia” and exit to the boarding gates № 10-11.
